Ilias Loannidis has a varied background but has always had food and drink as a core. From studying the history of ideas and learning to project management at Hyperisland, he chose instead to start cafes (Cocovaja Coffee). This led to a long career in the food industry including restaurants (Atelier Food), events and catering projects. 

Other assignments include CEO of Chokladfabriken, various assignments for major food brands where communication was a central part of the job. 

Since three years ago, Ilias is back in the communication industry and has added other ways of working where customers and work groups together create better results. Ilias has also been awarded several times in international creative competitions.
